FUEL HEATER RELAY CIRCUIT OPEN

Possible failuer of OBD II Fault code P1032

• Fuel Heater Relay internal open
• Fuel Heater Relay harness (Open)
• Fuel Heater Relay Fuse (Fusion)

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex auto Scan tool tester

• When minute current is drawn on the inactive drive circuit, the open which can't be drawn the current is detected for a set period of time.

Test Conditions using AutoHex Scan tool tester

• IG ON (II) and when the OFF (0) direction of the Fuel Heater Relay

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• When minute current is drawn on the inactive drive circuit, the open which can't be drawn the current is detected for a set period of time.
