INTAKE SHUTTER VALVE (ISV) POSITION SENSOR A/B INCORRECT LEARNED VALUE

Possible failuer P1219

• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A failure
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B failure
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A or Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B range/performance problem
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Actuator Control Module internal failure
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Body

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

• The deviation between the previous learned value and the learned value of the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A or the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B is detected more than a specified value for a set period of time.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

• Once each Driving Cycle

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• The deviation between the previous learned value and the learned value of the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A or the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B is detected more than a specified value for a set period of time.

MIL Status

• Check Engine Light ON
