INTAKE SHUTTER VALVE (ISV) POSITION SENSOR A/B VOLTAGE INCORRECT CORRELATION

Possible failuer P2135

• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A failure
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B failure
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A or Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B range/performance problem
• Short between signals of Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A and Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B
• Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Actuator Control Module internal failure

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

• The deviation of the output voltage between the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A and the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B is detected more than a specified value for a set period of time.

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

• Continuously

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• The deviation of the output voltage between the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor A and the Intake Shutter Valve (ISV) Position Sensor B is detected more than a specified value for a set period of time.

MIL Status

• Check Engine Light ON
