Description of Fault code P9037

Rear wiper rise/ret switch no signal change

Possible failuer P9037

• Wiper RISE/RET contact point failure.
• Wiper RISE/RET signal harness open or short.
• Wiper Motor signal harness open.
• Wiper Motor fuse blown
• Wiper Motor internal failure
• MICU internal failure

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex II Scan Tool

• The low level of the ignition signal is detected at initializing Engine Control Module (ECM). (The Engine Control Module (ECM) started without input of the ignition signals.)

Test Conditions using AutoHex tester

• The Engine Control Module (ECM) is initialized
• The Engine Control Module (ECM) reset by the program malfunction and the Engine Control Module (ECM) internal hardware malfunction isn't executed.

Clear Fault codes Conditions

• The low level of the ignition signal is detected at initializing Engine Control Module (ECM). (The Engine Control Module (ECM) started without input of the ignition signals.)
