Description of OBD II Fault code P1027

TURBOCHARGER BOOST CONTROL SOLENOID CIRCUIT OVERHEAT

Possible failuer of OBD II Fault code P1027

  • Engine Control Module (ECM) internal (Extremely high temperature)
  • Over voltage (Mis-replace to 24 V battery, etc.)

Diagnostic Procedure using AutoHex auto Scan tool tester

  • When the overheat is monitored by the diagnostic circuit attached the drive circuit on the active drive circuit, the overheat is detected more than a specified value for a set period of time.

  • Continuously
